Well i'm very late to the CS:GO party.

Played CSS in CAL back in the day, and now veryyyyy out of practise lol, even the new buy system threw me off o.O

Played a few comp matches, think I have 8 wins 3 loses, so still need 2 more wins for a rank =\

had a few people add me after comp matches, and in one game they asked what rank i was and they was shocked I was un-ranked. I take it during the ranking you just get put in random ranked games?

You have a rank its just not shown, roughly the average of everyone else in game. If you win it goes silver to nova mg dmg eagle and thats the highest possible in 10 games. It is accelerated, normally takes at least 2 games to change rank afaik and only 1 step at a time

Titan have dropped KQLY.

EDIT: They are looking into the VAC, if it proves to be correct/stick then Titan will lose their DHW space.

If smns 'list' of 'hackers' proves to be true it will be a massive blow to the whole scene. Krimz, JW, olof, Kioshima, and Apex amongst others...

I saw this list. Honestly swear that it is not true, mainly because I would hate knowing I followed games and praised players who were cheating.

LAN Rules apparently used to allow vac banned players but they changing that. An admin manually banned cly mid lan just from watching his demo

They do, but rumors are that the hax are workshop files so as soon as you log into steam they are downloaded to your machine.

I'd be up for playing with you bud - I've been playing with the rest of the guys but they're all ranked fairly high so I end up in a match outclassed, it would be good to play with some other non-rankers

I'd join in too, if that's ok? Silver IV currently but fed up playing with crazy Russians. Solo'ing is getting pretty frustrating
