CS:GO Discussion

Is anyone else here suffering from a lot of "crash to desktops" since the last update?

I can very rarely go a whole round without it crashing on me. I've only tried it online i might add, I've not tested it with bots
 
am i the only one here unable to hit anything? :D i seem to shot right in the face and i won't kill a guy.. but im ok in 1.6 :/ but on cs go everyone seems to hs me non stop and i can't seem to hit a single thing!
 
I also have the problem with servers disappearing from my favourites (and history) lists.


Had some cracking games on the TFU server this evening, and some proper LOL moments, like killing 3 with one grenade and running into someone and thinking GET out of my way, only to realise he was enemy! We both thought the same though so didnt shoot! hah.
 
Just bought it. Only played for a around half an hour, but I can't say I was pleased with my first impression of it. Seems to be fewer servers than I expected.

Is there still no way of gifting a game you've already bought on steam to another user? I bought CSGO and couldn't stand it, waste of money but I'd rather someone actually got to play it. Unlikely though...
 
The more I play it the more I am loving it. I really do feel classic competitive mode needs a 1 awp per side no auto sniper setting. Not sure if these can be done by server side variables.
 
I tried this last night because of the free steam weekend and I must say it was a refreshing change from BF3. I really enjoy battlefield, but there is something to be said about the simple twitch gameplay of this game. I am going to play for the rest of the weekend and if I still feel the same at the end of it.
 
I'll be picking up another copy of this for a friend this weekend.

Although i've not taken to this as much as I did with CS:S, It's still a fun game :)
 
Anyone having issues with the free weekend?

I was able to play it earlier but now all I get is either "Can't connect to server" or if I try the offline options "This game doesn't belong to this Steam account".

Shame I was starting to enjoy it.
 
Been playing this on the free weekend,Seems quite good so far i like the fast paced it makes a nice change to BF3.

Just wondering,how can you join a server that has no bots?...cant see an option in the server filter,always end up been in a server with 2 or 3 real people the rest bots. :/
