I might get myself into this betting thing, seems interesting and fun!

I might sell the vulcan yeah, i'll have a think, or i could uptrade the knife and vulcan for a stattrak version of the knife.

It works like real betting.

Each skin has a value (which is really their steam market price). They put up games and you can bet your skins (no knives). The odds change depending on the amount of players who bet on the team. So lets say 10 people bet on HR vs NiP. If 4 people bet on HR and 6 on NiP, the %s are 40% - 60%, so for every 1 value you do, you get 1.4 (?) for the value of what you bet (on HR) and 0.6 for NiP.

Let's take my case.

HR - NiP is 34% - 66%

I bet an AK Red Lam Field Tested (4.7 value), CZ75 Fuschia FN (2.57 Value), Glock Cand Apple FN (2.3 value) and M4A1-S Dark Water Minimal (1.96 value). Total of 11.53 value.

If NiP win, I win all my skins back and an extra 5.71 value skins. That can be one skin of 5.71 value, or a number of skins that amount to 5.71 value. You don't know what they are beforehand. It's random.

HR odds were 1.92 for 1, so if I bet on HR, and they won, i would have won 22.14 value. MUCH higher than NiP, but obviously, they are not favorites.

When you bet, a CSGL lounge bot sends you a steam trade offer, and you accept and you lose your skins. When the match ends, if you win, you go into my bets and you see what you won. You can click on then and then press 'request returns'. The bot will send you a steam offer with your items.

Awesome :) well i hope you win! I'm gonna give it a shot i think, will need to get involved in the esports scene more though, not really to clued up on which teams are best etc.

NiP are 15-10 on top. They have been on 15 rounds for quite some time though, so it's not too good.

Yeah, personally, I would get into betting only when you are clued up on the eSports scene and you played a certain amount of CS (because you start learning more about which maps are c/t sided, and in a BO1 it is quite important (some teams have got CT side only, so a heavily CT sided map will really boost their chances))
