on a weekend i play a lot, in the week 1-2 after work 6:30 ish

I was doing it. I need somebody who understands how to manage server. I managed to get a server going for 2 hours, but some of the commands son't work.

Id help out with this where I could, Im sure cs go servers cant be that much different from 1.6 ones(can they?

). Are you paying for one to test or just using a local one?

Right, I managed to make a server off dathost.net/

it works and all that, but I don't know how to use the competitive ruleset. it says you can use ESL rules, but I have no idea how to apply them. Also, what are the functions for pause, unpause etc.

I only managed to get the rcon password and change map

So we have a month to play this BO3.

I was thinking maybe Thursday at around 8PM UK time.

People should be off work by then, and it would be up by 11 (time to sleep for work). We can do it on a weekend, but many people go out then (maybe except Sunday)

In the last 3-4 or so the amount of hackers, "trolls" or down right idiotic people has just been insane.

From the Russian's with 5 hours played and wallhacking to just general idiotic people wanting to "rape your nan" or something like that (sad to say a lot of British people fall into this section).

Love the game but my god I hate the "community" so much. Sadly though all the game's I've been playing just are slowly over time turning into one giant mess due to idiots (Dota, Arma 3 and CS mostly).

6pm on a weekday won't work for a lot of people who work, 8pm should though.

Issue with 8 would be a BO3 might be hard as games can and do take over an hour so 3rd game might be on till 11ish which may not be ideal for many?

Yeh, 8pm would be good I think. The problem would we when it ends. If we get a lot of people (20) we can do a small tournament type BO1. So it would be 2 games, or 1 for some people (we can have a 3rd place play off if you want), but that would beed 2 servers.

Agreed. It would be midnight for me. Not ideal, but I can do it once a week.

I suppose you are right actually, 3 games would take a while considering the average is around 45-50 minutes. Maybe 7/7.30pm is more appropriate?

Happy to chip in some money if we need to contribute to a server.

I must be getting old. Bought this for a fiver off of a cd key website at the weekend and I still managed to feel ripped off.

The game feels so stale and you still can't even aim down most guns?! and even when you can with like a sniper rifle etc it just feels clunky.

Well at least it made me appreciate how fun Titanfall is in comparison!
