I have picked this up again and am playing through operation Vanguard. On the weapons specialist missions I don't think my points are being counted for the "200 bonus points on inferno in DM" mission. Anyone managed to get passed this? For example, I've played about 5/6 rounds and on one I got 5x kills with a G3 which supposedly offers 15 points per kill (total 45). I've been stuck on 168 points for the past 3 rounds!

Edit: Seems like a common issue and a bug :(

have you been playing on servers with bots or fully packed servers?

the mission doesn't activate unless there is enough human players on the server

I mixture of both really, the score just doesn't seem to correlate with what's actually happening. I expect to have cleared it in 3/4 rounds but I have played considerably more for only 32 points towards the total!

Are you sure you're getting your kills within the bonus weapons time window?

None of the points count untill the final scoreboard. Its usually something tricky like that.
Bonus points would mean kills gotten with bonus weapon, that weapon changes every 20 seconds or so.
Suffice to say ive spent entire maps getting points that didnt count at all :o

clg is looking pretty shaky, if they meet c9 it wont be easy
 
The workaround works and I completed the Inferno bonus weapon mission, now I have exactly the same one to do on Nuke which is even harder as the map is so much more spread out.

It's ridiculous but I'm starting a game, getting 1/2 kills with the bonus weapon and ALT + TAB to do something on the internet before repeating once again.

i have got my first mission with this issue.

doesn't register that any of the points you are getting.

anyone know a fix? only need 100 points and easy to do but nothing is working lol
 
The only workaround is the one I posted above. It doesn't take long to get through the bonus points if you get a couple of kills then wait for the end of the round as a spectator. The trick is not to die before you become a spectator.

It's annoying but the only way you can get past these missions right now. The operation ends on the 10th.
