Removed people from here and some other people and focused on what I was doing wrong in game. Tried to learn more maps, callouts and grenades... It's paid off and I've hit DMG, my highest ever. Although I imagine it'll be short lived.

On another topic, are many of you going to be watching ESL One over the next few days?
 
Had 3 games tonight 1 win 2 losses and to be honest the lossess were down to no strat caller so we we're fragmented the entire game every round. Got stomped on Nuke hard.
 
Why not call then? Even basic calls like "split and pick" or "lets look for an entry B" etc gives the team a goal and some structure - even if it fails miserably its better than having no caller at all and gives you experience.

Strap a pair on and take charge :)
 
I tried a bit but the team including myself by game 3 had lost any passion to play hard.

Bit of a shame really as over the last week we've had some really good games but todays were trash. Almost as if the heart wasn't in it.

3 wins 5 losses in the last 8 now lol i feel MG2 coming back and MGE saying bye bye
 
Had 3 games to tonight. Had some tech issues kept losing all audio on pc which sucked. Thinking about taking inferno and d2 out of selection its all I ever get.

Desperate for some games with proper comms if anyone is online tomorrow. I'm MGE pushing to rank up

Find a map to shoot 100 bots or so on each major gun, might help some to experiment and practise. And/or get a map that shows smokes that can be thrown

I lost mge after just 2 games :o I checked demos and one was incredibly obvious hack, can only pray for a gameban. Taking MM too seriously is not good for the health
Other was also hack. ranked up on 7 wins 2 draw 1 vac


ESL - first 4 games tomorrow are probably fair for an underdog bet of one size or another. Its bo1 and first day of lan after travelling so upset is fair chance
The Brazilians seem to have lost their advantage so I dont know about that one but maybe

£2 march 2014 but its effectively a free game so long as you play every week

have NIP been performing for the past 3-6 months? at this stage i wouldn't too surprised if CLG took them down in a BO1 and take second place. Otherwise TSM seems a clear no1 for group A

Group B is interesting because we haven't seen Envyus in this lineup for more de 2-3 games, it's them and Kinguin for 1/2 (that's it Kinguin doesn't **** their bed)

Group C should have 1 interesting game between Fnatic and Na'Vi (which should be no1 and 2 of the group)

D isn't that interesting though, I see c9 first place and mousesports/vp going at it for second

started playing again after being ****ed off i had to deathmatch for lvl 3 to play competitive. weekend was fun got LE easy (even though i don't think i deserve it, MUST learn recoil control).
i'm up for it week days after 9/10 or weekends if anyone wants to duo
 
Really looking forward to this Major, no clear favourite really. Looking at LAN finishes, it should be fnatic but their form hasn't been great recently.

NIP have been on a 6 month slump not beating anyone of note, but apparently during this past week's bootcamp they have been absolutely wrecking everyone. Be interesting to see if that carries over on LAN, they have a mighty track record at Majors.

fnatic might not be in their best form but they are still top 3 in the world incontestable (if not top 2)

i really hope NIP get around, but i feel some of the players have had motivational problems before and now it's only more accentuated. Bootcamping means so much and they have some competition and BO1 style does not favor them me thinks. (too many unknowns for me to put any faith in them yet)

damn i can only see the last 2 days live matches
