CS:S Broken Fonts (?)

Uninstalled then reinstalled and I still have this:

No idea what's caused it, seems to have come out of the blue but i'd like to fix it if possible.

Absolutely none.

Like I said, I deleted/uninstalled it and re-installed it fresh off Steam and it's still the same.

Im gona bet you installed a font that is screwing up CSS, type fonts into search and look for anything relating to counterstrike, delete the font and then it should be fixed. CSS allows custom fonts, but they override the standard, as long as there is nothing conflicting name wise, you should be fine.

Mate you're an absolute star! I had some font called Counter Strike Medium installed, no idea how it got there, does CS:S install the fonts in your windows?

CSS doesnt use a font in the windows font bank, but has its own font which is loaded in game, you can download custom fonts, though not sure why you would want to.
