cs:s create a server help?

is it possible to use a server that you make yourself from the create a server option from steam and add some mods to it like a dedicated server?

the reason is i sometime play lan games with a few friends, but i want to play cs:s, us vs a shed lot of bots and unlimited cash.

thxs just worked it out,

just started a dedicated server on my pc and joined it with the same one, worked fine.
