CS:S Gone all wierd on me . . .

I'v not changed any config changes at all, I fire up cs and it just goes all fuzzy/matrix on me. The pic speaks for itself:

I formatted 2 days ago, so everything is v.clean around here. I have restarted steam etc . . .

Any Ideas?

HL2 is now updating. I did have the same problem on dod:s on the free weekend, but that was before the reformat.

I'v made a few discoveries though, whenever I reboot, I can play the game without any problems, as soon as I tab out, it's buggered again. And if I take a screenshot, the fuzzyness stop for a split second and looks normal in a screeny, hence I posted a proper pic.

I'm not overclocked at all, and both of my tft's are fine. Will try some new gfx drivers
