CS:S HELP

ok so i went on cs:s today and had this in the middle of my screen, does anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it?

Happened to me before - it's a bit of scroll bar from a menu or something.

Should be gone on the next reload of map or whatever.

Yeah, it'll go after a few rounds or on the next map change. It usually occurs when you try and change video resolutions when you are actually in game. Other times you might get purple or green graphical corruption.

just type retry in console then it should disappear.

The more obvious way of fixing it though is to uninstall steam and reinstall.

Hell, go for a full OS wipe too!
