Cs:s Lock up / Freeze

Hi guys,

Whenever i "pwn n00bs" my computer locks up and freezes like this

sometimes the sounds loops , :S

Any idea why it does this and how it can be fixed ,

Is your chip over clocked or your graphics card?

Maybe try default settings, seen this on the forums before, and I had a similar issue!

how good is the cooling in your system. is the HSF on the graphics card clogged up with dust. i had a similar problem with looping sound and constant restarts, i then removed the card, went to put it back in and noticed it was clogged up with dust. cleaned it and never had a problem again as i now clean my system once every 2 months
