CS:S Surround Sound

Just got myself a 7.1 speaker set, thought i would just be a case of wireing it up, the usual config etc then selecting 7.1 from the speaker menu within CS:S, however when using the testing tool i get a load of red 3D "ERROR" models dotted around. Anyone else had this?

I used to get that without surround sound. I think it's just because of missing textures/models. If everything works fine in-game, i wouldnt worry about it.

I get it too on my 5.1, as said above it seems fine in game, just ignore it.

Also if your sound doesnt sound too good, try putting this in console snd_digital_surround "1"
