Over 2K for the Master Edition.

Flash has gone up in price too. 
I've been following stories on this for a while now. Smart filters in PS are looking mighty fine, £386 for the upgrade works out a bit cheaper than the CS2 upgrade iirc.
And the fact the price goes up for download is just stupid, you might aswell just pay for delivery!
I'd also expect both Mac and Windows versions in the same box, but that doesn't look likely either.
Edit: I also lost the box to CS2 when moving house last year, aswell as all disks/media/paperwork, so no serial number, so no upgrade..
