Morning guys,

Having a few issues with installing CS5 on one of the new Mac Mini's.
http://www.apple.com/macmini/specs.html (upgraded to 8GB RAM)

Everytime i reach the 8% mark of the install (when Adobehelp is being isntalled) the install seems to hang and the timer just keeps raising with no progress being made.

I have tried a few things i've found on the net like using the cleanup tool, removing all prev. CS software, changing the language settings etc... Nothing seems to work.

Just wondered if anybody had any experience with this, as mine is pretty limited with CS5 and Macs..

Any advice would be really appreciated! :)

Many thanks!

fixed it :) i had a bit of a brain wave, dont know how!

but i'm installing it on a company Mac for our graphic designers, the install for the "Adobehelp" must try and connect to a webpage at some point, or at least download some content from the interwebs which may be blocked. I just disconnected it from the network and installed. wen't through first time, took about 20 minutes to complete! Happy Chappy! :)

Thanks for everybodys help though :)
