On one of my computers I'm getting a csc.exe error every time I attempt to shutdown. I've narrowed the problem down to .NET framework 4.5.2, in that if it isn't installed I don't get the error and when it is I do.
I've tried the .NET cleanup tool which didn't work.
Any ideas?
