CSS 101

Ok to make the most of my new Forum project can anyone point me in the right direction as far as learning CSS from scratch goes.

Yes before you ask I have heard of the most famous tool of the intraweebs but still respect years of experience in a field and a mass of accumulated bookmarks more than any search engine invented yet.

But what is the point in trying to learn from a site which knowingly provides false information? If he's just learning, there is no way for him to know what is correct and what is wrong. Even the tests they have on that site have been shown to have incorrect answers.

I wish I knew. At the very least, they could go through the list of disparities and sort them out, but nope, they just don't seem to care/
