CSS Code (I think?)

Hi,

I am just wondering how I would align my whole website to the middle?

Another thing, I would like to put my links (navigation *sp*) in boxes (a box per link) just under the Header, I havent a clue what to do to get this affect? is it just images used as a background with text on or something?

Here is an example for the other thing I want, its the Tabs that I would like for my site, but have no idea where to start:

bit complete with the rollover effect.

Anyone know how I could do that?
