CSS Dedicated Server

I've just set up my own dedicated server for CSS on one of my servers, got it up and running OK... However, when you type status at the console, the IP address of the server returns as the local LAN address not its proper internet IP...

Am I missing some setting in the config?

I had an identical problem with Quake4. It turned out to be pretty simple. There was a line in the server config file which needed changing from 'localhost' to my internet IP address.

The problem I have now is I'm on Virgin Media and thus have a dynamic IP...

EDIT:

Lol! I was miles off!

Add this to the shortcut for your dedicated server

-ip 'your ip address' (without the quotes)

I had the same problem agesa go. Tried everything I could think of.

Gave up in the end

SV_lan was already set to 0.. I tried the shortcut thing but it just came up with an error while running saying "Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port".
