CSS Drop Down Help ?

I am have been working on a CSS drop down menu system for a new site design (www.theinflux.co.uk/work/golf/v2/) and have it working fine in FF but it doesnt work properly IE. I have been reading this article

and have tried adding the code that is suggested but it still won't work

Can anyone help me figure what I am doing wrong ?

Ok

I have been messing around with the code a little more (using different code now) and have managed to get the drop downs working in IE. But when I rollover the whole menu bar drop with it and I can't figure out how to get it so the menu just drops. Can anyone help ?
