If anyone can shed any light on this it would be greatly appreciated.
Been playing CSS since release and have never seen or heard of this problem before. Never had any problems until i joined a game this morning and everything was in slow-motion. I don't have any choke, my rates are fine, my ping is normal, I'm not running any other programs in the background, but like i say, the game is running in slow motion. The timer at the bottom of the screen is even off - for each second that goes by on the timer, it's roughly two in real time.
Assumed it was to do with the server so switched and created my own but the problem still persisted. I have absolutely no clue what to do. Have obviously restarted steam / my comp...
anyone have any ideas?
