CSS lingo

Hi,

Last night I was accused of being a "sponge" can someone enlighten me as to what this means in plain English. The whole sentence went something like "7 ping =Sponge" I'm supposed to know what that means?

OK so this "sponging" is just another term for rate hacking. I'm not on any type of special connection Nildram 8mb pretty normal to me. I often get pings of about 10, and my rate is whatever the default is. What is it with these morons playing CSS is there anyway to turn off the chat text?
