CSS - List style problem with Firefox

All my lists are styled with list-style-type:disc; and the bullets are showing up in Internet Explorer but not Firefox. I'm getting quite frustrated trying to get it to work. Can anyone think of a reason why it might be doing this without me having to post all my code?

They arn't showing up at all, or not as a disc?

Don't forget Firefox uses a slightly different shape for the bullets.

They're not showing up at all. I have them set not to show up in my menu class but this shouldn't affect them in my content should it? I'm completely stumped.

Is the attributes for the rest of your lists set after the menu ones in the CSS?

It would help if you just posted the code.
