I've just created a new CSS site, and on loading the site in IE it flashes up with the unstyled content before it loads the external CSS (and then saves to cache). I know there is a way to fix this, but I can't find the site and google isn't much use either - perhaps I'm just searching for the wrong terms, but I thought I'd ask you guys to save time?
