CSS - Making myself an admin on my dedicated server

i installed mani on my dedicated server and cant use it because im not an admin.. i went into console and set rcon_password but still no luck. im a bit of a n00b with servers so could someone just give me some info on how to make myself an admin of my server.

are u renting the server, if so, get a ftp prog and check for the adminlist files, then at the end you must poot, either ure in game name or a easier way , put ure steam id,

its my ded server on my pc, so i have to enter my steam id where?

search for a file called adminlist, in the mani folder. Add your steamID in there.
