ok, finished my first gaming worthy pc recently and my mom bought me half life 2 game of the year so basically i need people to play with on counter strike source my steam name is Kujectez

We run a CS:S Server both normal and GunGame.

Give them a go, the Public has just been put up and doesnt get many players yet but the Gungame is very popular. We run SteamBans on the servers and all hackers are banned once we have taken demos. Our clan has a zero tolerance to Hacking / cheating. We even try out beta maps if you fancy making some gungame maps for us. The clan is Fireon, and the web is www.renpower.com (Hope im not breaking any rules by posting that, if i am, ill edit / delete it).

gungame / warcraft mods and all that are server side

Pretty much all CS:S mods are server side. With a couple of exceptions.

Can't stand ukcs though. 64 players! How?! 32 max tbh, though 5v5 is the pinnacle of tactical shooters.

64 players is simply ridiculous.
