I'm getting very bad loss & choke which means unplayable ;/

What rates and that for 20mb interweb?

Loss and choke aren't down to rates it means the line is dodgy which happens now and then probably will sort itself out.
Usually max rates are set by the server i would say
rate 25000 or 30000
cl_cmdrate 101
cl_updaterate 101

I try to change cl_updaterate to 101, changes itself back to 60 :rolleyes:

That means the server tickrate is at 60 meaning you can only have 60/60 100 tickrate servers you can have 101/101.

60tick are usually 20000 rate
