iv not long formated my windows drive, no hardware has changed (well i put in couple of extra ide hard drives) and now ever few seconds my fps goes down then up and i get a warp stutter....doesnt happen all the time
my ping is fine, rates are fine, setting the same as before. but i just keep almost lagging but i dont think its network related
now, im on wired network so its not a wireless thing. iv installed lastest nvidia drivers and clened the old ones out.
so any ideas?
