I applied for post which requires CTC and SC clearance in civil service.

I have looked through information online which states they check spent and unspent convictions. 24 years ago I was arrested but not charged. The arrest may still show on police records but I was not convicted.

Does this likely to show up when they do there checks?

I have looked at the security clearance application form. In the criminal check section there is a tick box for spent/unspent conviction details but they have not asked for arrest details.
