how do I get rid of this?

I'm assuming it is the trojan as I don't have Office XP installed. I've just downloaded ad-aware and spybot s & d, will these take care of it for me?

i was having trouble finding a straight answer on google so thought i would ask here.

It isnt a virus or trojan its a windows service ill take alook now to see which one it is

Hmm maybe it could be a virus

It is a service that runs as part of Office XP but it can also be a trojan, according to Google and it kept causing me problems by hanging whenever I try to shutdown and I don't have Office XP.

Yep ive just googled it too... Could try running Hijackthis and paste your log im sure someone here knows
