Ctrl+alt+del wont work?

This is odd, suddenly my CTRL+ALT+DEL does nothing? What can cause this? :confused:

Its slightly annoying, must be some spyware thats disabled it or something, but even after adaware scans and such it still wont work, anyone got any advice?

do you get an error message saying that task manager has been disabled ?

try ctrl+shift+esc (that should bring up taskmanager - check there isnt a nasty exe running)

Do you have any spyware/virus checking or protection software?

Even if it's not causing your current problem it is a good idea

I use McAfee myself and can strongly reccommend it.

Ctrl-Alt-Del is a special combination handled by the keyboard itself. If other combinations work it could be a hardware fault on the keyboard. (Software engineer blames the hardware ...)
