Bit of a dilemma. I can't go to a store to test the sizing of this bike as there are no local shops that stock both sizes I'm having trouble choosing.

I'm 5'11.5" and just 6' on a good day with roughly a 32" inseam so am having difficulty deciding if I should go with a 56cm or 58cm frame.

Does anyone have an attain 2016 with any advice? Thinking of the 58cm as I would like a more relaxed geometry and so the 58cm will give me a taller headtube.

TIA

I have a 2015 Agree Pro.
I am 5ft 8in and my frame is 56cm due to Cube funny sizing. I would ride a 54cm in most other typical branded frames.

The Attain geo is different but at your height the 56cm is going to be too small so thinking you are correct at leaning towards the 58cm.

Unfortunately the 2016 bikes were "normalised" to match typical brands so atm it's a case of picking a good size frame as normal.

The attain geo is more relaxed than the agree though.

Grrr, they had their sizing and should have stuck to it!
They are putting you right between those 2 size frames I imagine. With the geo of Attain being more relaxed compared the Agree I would urge toward the 58cm. If it was aggressive bike I would be looking 56cm and lengthen stem.
32 inside leg par for the course but are you long torso/short torso and what is your arm length like?

It's a shame you can't try them out properly. With 32" inside leg for your height I can't imagine you have insanely short torso/arms so still think the 58cm is going to be the one to go for.

Looking at Cube geo's now. What a pain in the backside they have made

Yep, I'm inbetween sizes which is annoying. Long torso arm length is relatively normal if not slightly longer. Will measure tomorrow when I'm home.

To update all. 2 hour journey to Cambridge and was pretty much a wasted trip but at least I no longer need to be paranoid. The 56cm was kid like on me. I suspect I wouldn't be able to climb with it comfortably due to the distance my knees are from the bars.

58cm should be delivering tomorrow but seems like it may come on the 1st. Excited.

EDIT: Shouldn't have said a wasted trip, it wasn't. Just a long one.

Glad you got it sorted and would disagree it was a wasted trip as it has given you that peace of mind and confidence which is a great thing to have.

I would have been very surprised if the 56cm was the right fit for you but it was better safe than sorry.

True not sure why I wrote that as my paranoid self would just keep worrying about it daily. I did get a lot of people telling me I should go for the 56cm, about half the responses back.
