Cubitek Mini Center - smallest PSU?

Just bought this case and need a PSU - don't need loads of power as it'll be a low power HTPC box.

Case takes an ATX supply but space is tight, so...

ATX modular, or SFX supply with adaptor?

Was thinking either Silverstone ST30SF (which includes ATX adaptor) or Corsair CXM ATX modular unit. Both quality units around £40.

Thinking Silverstone, what do you guys think?

I'm thinking of the Silverstone ST45SF-G now... double the price, yet still SFX-tiny, and FULLY modular
