ive recently installed freemake video converter in the hope of speeding up video conversion by using my graphics card to do it. however, when im converting the videos MSI afterburner reports the graphics card usage as ~2%, which is what its normally at when im browsing the internet or using MSword.
ive tried the accelleration settings on auto, and with D3D and CUDA enabled but it doesnt make a difference to graphics card usage
has anyone got any ideas to fix this?
