Alright lads,

I'm interested to learn more about CUDA as it seems to be picking up a lot more support. I've been more involved in the Home HTPC side of things (mainly ATI) so my attention has been elsewhere heh!

So anyway I wanna get some hands on experience with Photoshop-Acceleration and Video-Transcoding and wondered if anyone knows much about this please?

I'm looking for a nVidia card that runs CUDA but also is reasonably low powered so as the budget is tight I may well hunt down a cheap 8800GT or the like . . . will this be ok?

If anyone would care to share their CUDA experiences please feel free to have a babble as I'm quite keen to know more, many thanks!
