You can't beat a good omelette.
I shouldn't really tell you how to make one... But just in case you fail that hard..!
Cook bacon and cut in to pieces.
Get three eggs, whisk, and add to hot pan with a big knob of melted butter in.
Leave for a min, then stir the cooked outsides in to the centre.
Leave for a bit more, when the egg is still a bit runny on top but solid underneath, sprinkle over the bacon (cheese if you have it) and fold it in half.
It's important that its still a little bit gooey in the middle.
DONE!
