Cumberland sausage ring

I'm dying to BBQ a nice cumberland ring, but I cant find them in any supermarket and they are too expenisve online once you add delivery.

Any ideas on where I could get a nice one for decent money please?

My area is very low on butchers. To be blunt, there's none.

Buy a string of cumberland sausages and untwiddle them so you can shove the stuffing along to make one big link?

Can't you just use cumberland sausages? The shape is not important, it all mushes up to the same pulp in your mouth.

M&S food had/have some rings of thinnish sausage the size of a dinner plate held together with two wooden skewers, the seasoning is not cumberland though. They are not on their website so maybe seasonal or local?
