Cup layout

Hiya all,

Im going to be running a few cups/tournaments in the near future and wondered whats the best way to make a cup layout so it shows who teams are playing what times and when the match is over the result. It will be for around 32 teams.

How are you doing this - traditional pen and paper or electronically on a website sort of thing?
