Holding breath for 10 seconds, then swigging a cup of water followed by another 10 seconds of holding your breath has never failed me yet!
I can cure my hiccups with a few moments concentration. As superpowers go I don't think i'll be saving the world anytime soon.

Yay - so I'm not the only one who can do this...! It really annoys my family that if I hiccup once then I just 'think' them gone (by relaxing my diaphragm) before the next one arrives![]()
