Currency rates RSS?

Does anyone have a good RSS feed for currency rates? The only one I can find is http://www.ecb.int/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml which is from the point of view of the Euro. Ideally I'd like one which has them from the GBP view.

Annoying XE.com doesn't do one.

I was thinking about this the other day as well. Interesting. Are there any widgets/Vista sidebar items/plugins that show up to date currency rates as well?

It is not the fastest site, however http://xurrency.com/gbp/feed works for GBP.

Not 100% what the delay is on the data though...

Well, ideally I'd like to manipulate the data using simpleXML in php to display some info.

I think you can get an academic exemption from the requirement to deposit $1000 in order to open an account and they'll send you historic tick data. For realtime I'm not so sure - you could write a program to grab it from their website? (I'm pretty sure its been done plenty of times for stock data from yahoo finance)

alternatively you could subscribe to a rate feed aimed at retail traders - i.e. esignal.com etc..
