Current 4K Monitors, best?

Hi all

I can't see a 4K thread as such, so was wondering what the current 'ideal' 4k monitor is?

I'm aware to avoid the cheaper, 30hz 4K monitors which I almost took the plunge for, however price wise there is quite a variation.

Any current 4K monitor that has the ideal performancerice ratio?

This one is probably the best because it has a decent stand unlike the Samsung and is also Vesa compatible also unlike the Samsung. Both use the same panels iirc so quality will be very much the same. I'd like to get a 4k monitor but keep waiting for less input lag + bigger panels.
