Hello,
I have most recently bought new parts and built a new PC, i have been dealing with an issue i am not 100% sure what it could be on, i reformated my old HDD so there shouldn't be anything on it and i started to Install windows 7 onto my SSD, the motherboard drivers and the GPU drives but when i came to rebooting my PC it came to a slight issue, it came to the phase where it stats "starting windows" afterwards the screen goes blank and doesn't progress from there.
Now i tried the other PCI slot, and there isn't much of a progress from there and i uninstalled the graphics card driver and reinstalled it but the result is always the same, now i am using an ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0 and the graphics card is a Sapphire Vapor x9 270x, the PSU is a BeQuiet Pure Power L8 530W '80 Plus Bronze' Modular Power Supply - With 120mm Silent Wing Fan Built in as well.
