Current replacement fan recommendations for the HP microserver

I have a couple of HP Microservers where the case and PSU fans are getting a little noisy so I would like to replace them.

I have done some research and there have been a number of recommended replacements over the past couple of years.

What are currently considered the best. In terms of reliability and sound?

I replaced mine a while back with this:

Sunon HA40201V4-0000-999 MagLev Super-Silence

CRAZY silent fan, made a huge difference. Highly recommended.

Having said that, I now have a Gen8, and it is much much quieter than either of my G7s ever were. So if you can afford to, I also highly recommend upgrading to a Gen8. It's a much nicer piece of kit anyway.
