current setup, upgrade? or hold back?

CPU - Intel i7 860 Quad Core @ 3.6GHz (socket 1156)
RAM - 8GB (4x2gb) Corsair Dominator @ 2133MHz
MOTHERBOARD - Asus Maximus III Extreme
GRAPHICS CARD - AMD XFX 6970
PSU - Corsair AX850 Professional Series 850W PSU
HDD - 2x OCZ Vertex 2 in RAID 0 + 2x Samsung 1TB in Raid 0

Was going to purchase a 780ti and a Samsung 840 EVO, Would these upgrades keep me going for a while in terms of gaming and some video/photo editing?

Why buy a new SSD, the Vertex 3 is perfectly capable Go for the upgraded GFX card if you really need it, how do games feel with this card right now?

In all honesty i used to have my 6970 in crossfire and games ran nicely maxed out, since selling one of them games just struggle, especially when i like settings on high.

in regards to the vertex, its just the space going from 120gb to 250gb would be nice
