I got a 9" desk fan from Tesco for £6, and screwed it to the wall above my bed... now I'm never hot!

OP just go to a supermarket and get the best value one.

Are those Argoose ones actually any good? They look pretty cool but I can imagibe they make a load of noise and hardly any air movement? Then again anything must be better than my current setup of a 120mm fan hooked up to a 12v powersupply.

I got one of these last summer, and I can guarantee it works better than that fan (it's pretty bulky and noisy though!)
