What you see on the website may only relate to the web sales - you'll need to speak to the store directly. It wouldn't surprise me if the store won't offer returns unless faulty/not fit for purpose/etc.

If they kick off or you dont get what you want, just drop an email to [email protected] or ring 0844 561 1234 and go through to complaints, this then scores the store v.bad and the area manager/store manager have to reply to the customer within 24hours
*cough* *cough* ex-employee and they still regret loosing me lol
What series Samsung?
Take it back and get a panasonic!

you can send it back, curries are pretty awful at refunds for tvs.My missus decided that we needed a new TV, so she went to a well known electrical shop while I was at work on Thursday, and paid for an 40" Samsung LCD and Sammy DB-P 1500, and a wall Bracket. I took delvery today, and everything is still boxed up apart from the DVD Player, which has just been opened, not used in any way.
It took me all of 3 mins to find the same products for over £150 cheaper online.
Will I just be able to return all the products, and get our money back?
TIA![]()

As a current employee....
Just say it's unwanted and you'll get the refund easily if it's not been opened, regardless of how many days after purchase (Just not something silly, like months)
As it's unopened, then the manager wouldn't really care.
Oh and choose a different TV, those Samsungs are over hyped![]()
The Blu-ray dvd player has been opened, but nothing has been removed or used. Will this effect the refund in anyway?
