Cursor Turning Into a Line

Hi all

Odd problem thats happening, every so often my cursor turns into a dotted line, and will only revert back to an arrow after about 30secs of shaking it around the screen. Any ideas what the problem is, and if it can be fixed? The OS is W7 64bit.

It might be totally unrelated but I experience the exact same thing occasionally whilst playing Company of Heroes. Win7 x64 too. The cursor sort of changes to a vertical line of dots and stays like that for about 30 seconds or so.

Never experienced it in Win7 itself, just when gaming. I thought it might be a little bug in CoH but if you're getting it while at the desktop then maybe it is related.
