Custiom Ringtones on iPhone?

Hey guys just wandering if you know how I can create custom ringtones on the iPhone? Searched online and all the methods seem outdated as most use iTunes to do it

I used Audiko - Works perfectly

All good until I sync my phone and it still doesn't show up in "Sounds" in the settings menu
