When will the custom ones be out? I'd quite like to get the fastest card out when ivy bridge comes out, but I'm paranoid about it being to hot and I know a couple of people who have had (perhaps unluckily) nvidia graphics cards overheat, I figure I'd rather wait for a custom cooled one , ( I know the heat would probably get exhausted into the case but I am planning on having lots of fans when I get around to buying )
Thanks a lot in advance :)

Yeah i was going to get a custom 7970 for the Same
Reason , hopefully between now and april there will be more info about custom cooled ones , just figured I'd ask to see if anyone knows anything (I've read a few reviews about 680s but not heard anything about custom cooled ones

yes i'm interested in this too..... in fact; custom cards only, just keep Googling, there's a 4GB 680 out soon and probably a few more, plus i saw a watercooled one as well.

right now the 7970 MSI Lightning looks the best, it definitely has better cooling than the 680

i'm also interested in the dual CPU cards.... but i'm deffo not interested in a bog standard 680, not now that i've got a new job.... i'll keep an eye out and decide in july, a 7990 DUAL CPU is too much card for right now, but it'll still be ok in 3 years time, the 680 wont be, it'll be history.

i'd rather buy one card every 4 years than 2.....

I concur with the frequency of buying, when I get this new pc It will have to last me 4-5 years probably, I expect at the end it will be somewhat dated, but I'd like to think it will stand the test of time for awhile

Thanks for the replies

well all i can find is that evga are making a superclocked one (custom one) and rumours msi will
hopefully in the next month or so (ie so when ivybridge comes out i can actually finally upgrade this pc)
