Custom built PC for gaming

I have built my last 2 computers, but due to an unfortunate circumstance I don't have my PC anymore, so in need of a gaming PC.

Just need an opinion on what I have picked so far. I would like to have a big case and the last PC I had was the 900d and loved it. Not sure if I should keep the 980 or go 2x970 Sli, I will SLI the 980 once the prices comes down. Bear in mind, I dont want to change a part for the next 2 years, 3 if I am lucky. Also 3 drives, one for windows, games and documents/programs that are not games. Budget similar to the total below.

Building the computer shouldn't be a problem, last two were pretty simple and the second was much easier (both were gaming computers)...
I don't mind paying a lot for the 900D, lets just say I still want to make it difficult for someone to walk out my front door with my desktop...
Thanks to both of you in taking the time in picking the pieces both look good I would rather purchase DDR4 Mobo and RAM should have mentioned that to.

Out of the mobos which is most likely to replaced in the future? Also I would rather not spend so much on the graphics card its quite a hefty price, unless I would not have to replace it for 10 years.

Correct would rather get the X99, which combo with CPU out of the two should last a bit then?

Thanks Stulid, I am going to fork out on the top graphics card actually, as I just remembered I have the Asus PG278Q ROG Swift monitor. I am a bit of a nooby when it comes to difference in mobos but what is the difference between the one I picked and your champion?
