I think for the money they'd want for this you may as well get a fullcover because the VRMs are just gonna hold you back. Plus if you care about silent computing you have the noise of not just 1 fan but 2.
 
Looks like rubbish, I would expect that to be cheaper than a reference for having such a stupid cooler on it.
